Sales processing

A stand-alone Sales Processing Software Tool is used to process reports and sales volume reports online within groups of pharmacies that are being sent by distributors for the previous week or month. The data is processed immediately upon its receipt by the system and subsequent reports are made available within 24 hours of receipt of the complete source data.

This analysis tool includes an update process that automatically maintains regional sales team schemes, updates product package prices, and continuously verifies and updates the database of pharmacies and retail chains.

Sales records of the National Health Information Centre

The National Health Information Centre consolidates the source data provided by the National Health Information Centre and Statistics.

It creates:

1. a report on real consumption of medicinal products for human use, medical devices and dietetic groceries based on quarterly statements provided by pharmacies L (Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic) 1-04
2. a report prepared according to quarterly statements of health insurance companies L (Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic) 2-04 on prescribed and dispensed medicinal products for human use, medical devices and dietetic groceries paid on the basis of public health insurance

The system maintains the history of processed data and subsequently specifies the product and manufacturer data.

Prescription data

Processing and generating reports about the number of issued packages of products subject to a medical prescription. The source is the monthly reports of health insurance companies on the consumption of medicines, provided by National Health Information Centre.

The source data contains the following information:

1. District
2. Date of issue (year, month)
3. Patient information (gender, age group in 5-year intervals)
4. Number of patients
5. Diagnosis code
6. Product packaging code
7. Number of packages issued

The data are consolidated and supplemented with additional information from public official sources:

1. Product packaging name
2. Code and name of the active substance
3. Description of the diagnosis
4. Producers
5. Prices

The possibility of personalizing the data according to the client's specifications - for example, adding one's own regional structure, price lists, sales data.

e-recipe CZ

Data processing on the number of prescribed and issued packages of medical products in the Czech Republic. The data source contains anonymized data about medical products prescribed and issued for electronic prescription, contained in the eRecipe system from State Institute for Drug Control CZ.

The source includes the following data:

1. District of prescription and issue
2. Date of prescription and issue (year, month)
3. Product packaging code
4. Product name
5. Package size
6. Pharmaceutical form
7. Number of prescribed and issued packages

We add additional information from other public sources to the mentioned source data:

1. Manufacturer
2. ATC groups
3. Standard list prices
4. Days of treatment

Distribution data CZ

Processing of data on the supply of medicinal products in the Czech Republic obtained from monthly reports of entities authorized to distribute medicinal preparations in the Czech Republic.

The data interface includes:

1. Reporting period (year - month)
2. Type of customer
3. ATC7 group
4. Product packaging code
5. Name of the product
6. Producer
7. Number of packages
8. Price per package without trade markup
9. Number of defined daily doses
10. Method of issue
11. Information on reimbursement from health insurance

CZ pharmacy reports

Processing of data containing monthly summary information on the issuing of medicinal products, obtained from the reports from pharmacies operating in the Czech Republic.

The data structure contains the following data:

2. Type of issue (prescription, free, request)
3. ATC7 group
4. Product packaging code
5. Name of the product
6. Producer
7. Number of packages issued
8. Price
9. Final selling price
10. Number of defined daily doses
