BI Tool

Another unique web application – Business Intelligence Tool – provides access to data such as:

1. sales volumes to individual pharmacies
2. regional data and sales summaries
3. outputs on the fulfillment of the sales plan
4. results of KA centres

The data is displayed responsively on all available devices (MS Windows, Android, iOS).

Testing and e-learning

A stand-alone program tool that allows managers to define their own questions and tests to verify professional knowledge and sales skills of medical representatives.

The system contains different types of questions and answers, various parameters for setting up and running tests. The test result is available immediately. The tested subject receives an evaluation of the text and, in case the test was successful, the tested subject receives also a test certificate.

Sales processing

A stand-alone Sales Processing Software Tool is used to process reports and sales volume reports online within groups of pharmacies that are being sent by distributors for the previous week or month. The data is processed immediately upon its receipt by the system and subsequent reports are made available within 24 hours of receipt of the complete source data.

This analysis tool includes an update process that automatically maintains regional sales team schemes, updates product package prices, and continuously verifies and updates the database of pharmacies and retail chains.

Sales records of the National Health Information Centre

The National Health Information Centre consolidates the source data provided by the National Health Information Centre and Statistics.

It creates:

1. a report on real consumption of medicinal products for human use, medical devices and dietetic groceries based on quarterly statements provided by pharmacies L (Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic) 1-04
2. a report prepared according to quarterly statements of health insurance companies L (Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic) 2-04 on prescribed and dispensed medicinal products for human use, medical devices and dietetic groceries paid on the basis of public health insurance

The system maintains the history of processed data and subsequently specifies the product and manufacturer data.

Biomedical research

An online tool is used to gather, process and evaluate information collected from doctors and patients. This data is important for further strategic decisions.

When conducting clinical data, data quality and credibility are important. Because of this fact, the data entered into the system is always being verified by the referee for the relevant biomedical research project.

The results of the research and their subsequent analysis and evaluation provide qualified feedback. The results are often presented in professional forums and published in professional media.

Monetary and non-monetary performance

The program module prepares documents and files for reporting expenditures for promotion, marketing, monetary and non-monetary performance to the National Health Information Centre. The starting model for data processing is the amendment to the Act No. 362/2011 Coll. on medicines and medical devices.

A company using this solution may also generate the health workers' withholding income tax report pursuant to the Act No. 595/2003 Coll. on Income Tax.

DocRoom

A tool that serves as part of a digital strategy to share professional and marketing materials with specific clients and with interaction measurement functions.

Materials are available with limited duration, access to them is protected by a code that is unique. This allows us to easily identify and analyze who has opened and viewed the material and how many times the link has been viewed, thereby calculating the effectiveness of this method of marketing.

Materials are shared through a special website where any file format and type can be shared whether it is text documents, presentations, video demonstrations or photos.

The materials are made available without the need for our intervention. Your employees have full control.

Approval tool

Tool for approving tenders, price lists, materials, internal documents and requests. It can be used for anything that needs to be approved in the company's internal approval process.

The setup of this tool consists in defining the approval chain and the responsible persons to whom e-mail notifications about the development of approval are sent. It also includes the creation a procedure for returning or cancelling a request and dealing with representation.

Pre-defined documents are added for each approval type and workflow logic is also set up.

All decision-making document are available to the approver directly in its application view.

A list of areas that can be applied to the approval tool:

•  Sales – price lists, special prices, tenders, discount requests
•  External documents – offers, purchase orders, contracts with suppliers, contracts with HCP
•  Internal documents – forecasts, bonuses

Discounts and special prices management with retrieving the claims

A tool for managing special prices and tenders. The system determines the strike price for delivery to the end customer through a designated distributor-pharmacy. The system automatically checks the price limits, the date of validity of special prices.

Likewise, the system manages discount promotions that are predefined by campaign type and assigned to a specific pharmacy and product. It is also set to control the use of these actions to avoid an unwanted combination of discounts.

The tool automatically retrieves claims from distributors/chains. Based on the sales and the fulfilment of the agreed conditions it generates an estimate of the performance and therefore the estimated cost of the discounts given at the end of the promotion.

Once the input prices and internal costs are added, a profit and loss statement is generated.

Prescription data

Processing and generating reports about the number of issued packages of products subject to a medical prescription. The source is the monthly reports of health insurance companies on the consumption of medicines, provided by National Health Information Centre.

The source data contains the following information:

1. District
2. Date of issue (year, month)
3. Patient information (gender, age group in 5-year intervals)
4. Number of patients
5. Diagnosis code
6. Product packaging code
7. Number of packages issued

The data are consolidated and supplemented with additional information from public official sources:

1. Product packaging name
2. Code and name of the active substance
3. Description of the diagnosis
4. Producers
5. Prices

The possibility of personalizing the data according to the client's specifications - for example, adding one's own regional structure, price lists, sales data.

e-recipe CZ

Data processing on the number of prescribed and issued packages of medical products in the Czech Republic. The data source contains anonymized data about medical products prescribed and issued for electronic prescription, contained in the eRecipe system from State Institute for Drug Control CZ.

The source includes the following data:

1. District of prescription and issue
2. Date of prescription and issue (year, month)
3. Product packaging code
4. Product name
5. Package size
6. Pharmaceutical form
7. Number of prescribed and issued packages

We add additional information from other public sources to the mentioned source data:

1. Manufacturer
2. ATC groups
3. Standard list prices
4. Days of treatment

Distribution data CZ

Processing of data on the supply of medicinal products in the Czech Republic obtained from monthly reports of entities authorized to distribute medicinal preparations in the Czech Republic.

The data interface includes:
