KPI Tracking


KPI tracking tool - Key Performance Indicators - monitors the fulfillment of important parameters of the sales team performance. It integrates information from multiple folders into a single view through a transparent output/dashboard. The input data for the module can be imported from various reporting systems. It provides a number of outputs that track important criteria, such as:

  •  number of customers by category
  •  number of visits per day by category
  •  frequency of visits by category
  •  number of customers visited by category
  •  percentage of customers visited by category
  •  number of customers visited by means of the right frequency
  •  percentage of customers categorized as visited by means of the right frequency

Customer segmentation and targeting


Customer segmentation and targeting is an effective tool for accurate market analysis and subsequent selection of target customer segments. It is based on data obtained through profiling forms and actual sales data.

The module provides a manager with the ability to model multiple alternatives to the segmentation matrix and set the optimal number of customers and frequency of visits for each category based on the sales team's capacity. The manager also has a choice between product and specific customer segmentation.

The tool minimizes the workload of customer potential and acceptance data and maximizes the benefit to the sales team.

Coaching form


The coaching form module enables recording of data and evaluation of joint visits of the manager and the representative in the field, or evaluation of achieved results from the whole day.

The coaching form is adapted to the needs and rules of the company, including graphic design of the brand. It provides a comprehensive view of the development of the sales ability of the employee throughout his/her employment history.

The module includes detailed instructions for both sides, i.e. superior and subordinate employee and transparent graphical evaluation of recorded information.

All data can be recorded and processed directly in the field, ensuring the accuracy of information that is subject to distortion or is forgotten and unrecorded.

Territory business plan


This powerful tool allows the sales representative or senior manager to administer detailed sales region data, including various calculation operations, e.g. calculation of regional sales plan per key customers.

The system enables continuous updating of sales data. Information about the current fulfillment of the sales plan is displayed in the visiting activities, so the representative always has an accurate overview of how to manage their activities to meet their goals.

Transfer orders


A separate program module is used for placing transfer orders to a sales representative directly in a specific pharmacy. The order is sent to the distributor immediately and within 3 minutes you will receive a reply about its processing.

Campaign, reduction and other discounts for pharmacies are precisely defined and there will be no illegal combination of several benefits, or the use of a special deal in a chain pharmacy that is not included in the marketing activity.

Pending or partially processed transfer orders are automatically forwarded. The representative is kept informed about the status of the order. The module is also able to optimize the order with the help of sales history, distributor´s inventories and purchasing behaviour of the pharmacy.

Mobile application – ETMS Android


The ETMS Android system is a full-fledged mobile phone reporting system, so the user - representative and manager - has all the necessary data about customers, activities, sales and orders available in the field. It is the optimal choice for companies that require a "one device policy".

The program incorporates all the benefits provided by the mobile platform, e.g. storing GPS coordinates, retrieving calls, creating image documentation, etc. The system can work even without an internet connection, the local database synchronizes with the server when sufficient signal is received.

GDPR pack


A personal data protection tool that corresponds with all the requirements of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), valid as of May 28, 2018 at several levels of solution:

1. Pack (E) Registration
Data recording of the data subject - when the consent for the processing of personal data was obtained and based on what document. The system includes an indicator of the consent of a specific person and built-in functionality that ensures anonymization of the record of the person who has requested to be deleted from the records.

2. Pack (EW) Registration + Web
Functionality from the point (E) + internet access for field workers. Based on the username and password, the employee will be shown a list of the persons concerned in his/her records. The employee can directly fill in the necessary data and generate a PDF document to confirm the consent for the person concerned and send it to the email addresses as specified.

3. Pack (EMW) Registration + Mobil + Web
Functionality from the point (EW) + other additional functionality that allows you to get the signature of the person concerned directly on the touch screen of your mobile phone. The data storage contains particular signed consent that is at the same time being sent to given email addresses.

Photos


A tool that allows you to take and record photos directly through the mobile application.

The data to the image is categorized which can later be effectively evaluated and analyzed - the type of photo, the product to which the image is linked, the location of the product. For example, you can set the desired number of photos at the client according to the campaigns to which the client is assigned.

This module also includes accuracy checking functions such as GPS coordinate recording, capture time or the possibility of verification by the manager.

Contracts and costs


A module used when entering an accounting relationship with a client in the field. It allows the representative to create and register contracts from predefined forms.

The completion and preparation of the contract is set in several steps according to the type of the contract party, the subject matter of the contract and contains all the mandatory particulars to be included in the contract.

The client has the possibility to electronically sign the contract directly via the mobile application or tablet.

The system also ensures that the contract is sent to the company's electronic approval system, which is fully automated, and the approval of the contract is subject to a pre-configured approval chain.

Module also provides generation orders, payments, export of costs to accounting, resulting from the concluded contract.

Attendance system


Module for attendance recording based on the reported activities of users.

In addition to recording work activities, it is also used to approve holidays and business trips. It also provides a record entitlement to daily subsistence allowances.

On the basis of attendance, the system generates an export for the payroll agenda or other documents for the HR department.

Driver's logbook


Module for the record of company vehicles and the driver's logbooks.

The system allows to record the mileage also with a division into working and private kilometers, automatically exports the driven routes-based on the reported activities, allows to record the type of payment and refueling cards and to import refueling blocks into the accounting system.

Costs and investments


Module for recording and approving individual costs of the user and investments on clients.

The user records the necessary documents that are required as supporting documents for approval. These are recorded and backed up directly in the system. They are then passed along with the request to the approval chain, which is fully automated, thus speeding up the overall process of approving costs and investments. Once approved the data is exported to the accounting system.

Projects and tasks


Extensive module for recording and evaluating internal projects and tasks.

It is used to plan the necessary performance and time demands for individual team members involved in the project.

It allows to evaluate the effectiveness of implementation and accuracy of planning the time requirements of the project.

Requirements management


Extensive module for managing internal investment requirements.

It is used to evaluate and approve bids. It also includes the generation and management of approved purchase orders. Once created, it records invoices and exports them to accounting system.
